  The Ferrari LaFerrari and Porsche 911 were caught on camera speeding in a Beverly Hills neighborhood. The Beverly Hills Police Department confirms that the United States State Department is involved in the investigation into the man who owns exotic cars seen in a video speeding through a neighborhood.
